Assistance with distressed property homeowners including mortgage modifications, mortgage workouts, credit repairs, reinstatements, forbearance agreements, re-payment plans, sales of distressed properties and short sales.

HOA foreclosure workouts.

Residential and Commercial Real Estate Transactions and Title Insurance. Work closely with lenders in connection with REOs, Short Sales, Loan Modifications and Work Outs.

Consultant, Legal Representative and Closing Coordinator to Multiple Condominium Conversion Developers.

Specializing in Purchases, Sales, Refinancing, Condominium Conversions and New Construction Projects.

Jaclyn also has leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and management expertise.  Jaclyn has managed a real estate sales force of over 50 agents concentrating in both sales and leasing.  Jaclyn works closely with several real estate investors to help find profitable properties for acquisition.

Jaclyn's Association Management Duties Have Included:

  • Managing day to day operations of Associations and Multifamily Residential Communities
  • Handling of resident relations
  • Attending and conduction scheduled Board Meetings - both Annual and Special
  • Posting minutes and issuing all Association Notices
  • Coordinating Annual Meetings, Special Meetings and Elections
  • Enforcing rules and regulations and all aspects of the Association's Governing Documents
  • Conduction regular property inspections of community grounds, common areas and units

  • Handling all resident complaints, concerns and requests
  • Ensuring deposits, rental payments and late/check charges are collected on a timely basis
  • Processing of rental collections and A/P (paying and monitoring bills)
  • Processing work orders and ensuring work is completed to resident satisfaction
  • Enforcing community policies and rules; noticing violators - issuing warnings and fines
  • Processing all paperwork for resident applications, approvals and move-ins; conducting walk-throughs prior to move in and move-out
