Jaclyn ("Jacki") is extremely proud of her reputation as each client and customer is treated with personal care and service.  Jacki is the total real estate package ("Jacki of all Trades").  Jacki will assist you with all facets of your purchase or sale transaction.   Jacki will comfortably take you through the entire process from start to finish with the ability to offer any and all services associated with the sale or purchase of any real estate transaction - whether it be listing your property for sale, finding you the perfect new home, securing mortgage financing for you, assisting with your short sale and negotiating with your current lender or helping with your title insurance.  Jacki will keep you well informed throughout the process of your transaction while working closely with the other realtors, attorneys, mortgage companies and lenders, inspection companies and appraisers, buyers, sellers and builders and short sale lenders.

Jacki is a licensed attorney admitted to practice in the States of Florida, New York, New Jersey and Washington DC.  

Jacki is also a licensed Real Estate Broker and Certified Distressed Property Expert as well as a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer.

Jaclyn focuses on assisting her clients through difficult times, whether it be helping her clients to keep their homes (through loan modifications or refinancing) or helping to short sale their homes with minimal damage or inconvenience to their lifestyle including a waiver of any deficiency judgment.   Jacki also finds her clients a new place to reside if they decide to short sale their primary residence .   
Jacki's number one goal is to make her clients feel comfortable and secure through the process.  

 Jacki is also a licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) in the State of Florida and a Licensed Notary Public.

Jacki's client and customer base comes primarily from repeat clients and from referrals of friends and family
of her current clients and former clients.
